CYPRESS : Senior Center Gets Computer Lab Funds

It took almost a year, but the city’s Senior Citizens Center has finally received money pledged by Orange County that will fund “a computer learning lab,” a city official said.
The county had pledged a $5,000 grant to the center in November, 1994, but delivery of the funds was stalled by the county’s bankruptcy the following month, Recreation and Park Director Marvin DeCarlo said.
