Rockford Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana company, which provides finance and related services primarily to the health-care industry, reported that net income for the third quarter rose to $589,000, or 15 cents a share, from net income of $190,000, or 8 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue was up 60% to $19.8 million from $12.4 million. Net income for the first nine months of 1995 doubled to $1.1 million, or 38 cents a share, from $563,000, or 23 cents a share, for like period last year. Revenue increased 22% to $49.4 million from $40.6 million. The company completed its initial public offering in July.
