Rockwell International Corp.: The Seal Beach company’s Rockwell Automotive unit said Thursday it will sell its light axle manufacturing plant in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to Dana Corp. Terms were not disclosed. About one-half of the plant’s employees work in light axle production and will be retained by Dana, an automotive supplier based in Toledo, Ohio. The other half of the plant’s workers make heavy axles and will remain with Rockwell. The transaction should be completed next month.
