The football game between rivals Simi Valley and Royal high schools has been rescheduled to this morning at 10 a.m.
The game was canceled Thursday night when the lights went out during warm-ups about 7:30 p.m. The lights at the Moorpark College Stadium had flickered on and off prior to the total blackout, which also affected areas of Simi Valley and Moorpark.
The rescheduled game will be played at the Simi High School stadium. Those holding tickets to Thursday’s game will be admitted free on the honor system.
