* Re “O.C. Tollway Agencies Pave Way to Lofty Pay and Generous Perks,” Nov. 26:
I know this is the Christmas season, but aren’t gifts supposed to be voluntary?
Of course, helping oneself to public money by tollway agency officials could be called voluntary. It certainly is more than “generous.”
