USC Women Rally Past Long Beach

Despite shooting 34.7% from the floor, the USC women’s basketball team rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to defeat Long Beach State, 68-59, Thursday night before an announced 1,189 at the Pyramid.
Tina Thompson scored 13 points and grabbed 15 rebounds and Adrian Williams scored 13 points off the bench for the Trojans (4-2), who were one for 11 from three-point range.
Akia Hardy had 10 points and 10 assists for the 49ers (3-4).
