Van Nuys Man, 57 Found Fatally Stabbed

VAN NUYS — A 57-year-old man was found fatally stabbed late Saturday off Sherman Way, Los Angeles police said Sunday.
Officers responding to a call discovered Nubar Chilian of Van Nuys with multiple stab wounds to his torso shortly after 11 p.m. near Allott Avenue and Cantlay Street, police said.
Chilian was pronounced dead at the scene, said Stacy Blodgett, a spokeswoman for the LAPD’s Van Nuys Division.
Blodgett said the motive was unknown, and there were no suspects in custody Sunday.
