Thousands of Colt fans showed up at the airport to greet the team upon its return from the defeat.

Fans began gathering at Indianapolis International Airport immediately after the game ended, wearing Colt garb and waving signs and banners.

“They’re winners and we’ll be right back here next year,” said one man at the airport. “We’re in the Super Bowl next year.”
