A Class for You--and One for Your Pooch

A series of classes on topics ranging from how to be a clown to how to cha-cha is being offered by the city’s Recreation Department.
Beginning this week are:
* Latin rhythms, a dance class beginning today.
* A five-week class for adults and children on how to be a clown, beginning Wednesday.
* A dog obedience class and a course in tai chi, both starting Thursday.
* Two six-week tennis classes, starting Feb. 27.
