. . . Irvine Co. created an operating division to oversee residential land sales to builders.
The new Irvine Land Management Co. also was expected to lease and sell Irvine Co. property for a variety of community facilities, including churches, child-care centers and riding stables. Chick C. Willette was appointed to head the new company.
