* Television: Dove Audio, best known as the publisher of several books written by people involved in the O.J. Simpson case, signed a tentative deal to buy TV production companies Producers Entertainment Group and Four Point Entertainment. Dove, which plans to use the companies to turn its books into TV shows and movies, will buy Four Point for $5 million in common stock and $4 million in cash. The company will buy Producers Entertainment for $8 million in stock. Dove, which got its start publishing audio books, plans to change its name to Dove Entertainment. Producers Entertainment productions include the TV show “Dave’s World” and the feature film “What’s Love Got to Do With It.” Four Point’s productions include “America Gladiators,” “The Mark Walberg Show” and “MTV Sandblast.”
