Amgen Foundation Gift Appreciated

* I would just like to commend the Amgen Foundation for its continued support of public education in the form of its Science Project Grants offered to classroom teachers.
I was recently fortunate enough to receive one of these $500 science grants for my classroom. The materials that I was able to purchase with this money greatly enhanced my science curriculum and could not have been bought out of my limited classroom budget.
We are indeed lucky to have an organization like the Amgen Foundation that is so willing to give back to the community.
