WSPA Associates was formed to support the Western States Petroleum Assn., an oil industry organization serving California, Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon and Washington.
* Joe Hernandez, president of J. Hernandez & Co., an insurance brokerage and consulting firm in Ventura, has been elected to the board of directors of the Ventura County Council of Boy Scouts of America.
