VIENNA, Austria — Martin Prochazka broke a tie with 19 seconds remaining after Robert Lang of the Kings scored two goals as the Czech Republic beat Canada, 4-2, Sunday to win its first gold in the world hockey championships since the country emerged three years ago from the split of the former Czechoslovakia.
