* Hughes Aircraft Co. of Canoga Park won a $93.4-million contract from the Army Space and Strategic Defense Command in Huntsville, Ala., for an exoatmospheric kill vehicle program.
* Lemay General Engineering in Camarillo has been awarded a $998,616 contract from Ventura County’s public works agency to install a deep well pump on Grimes Canyon Road about half a mile south of Broadway in Moorpark. Work is expected to begin today and continue until April 1997.
* Aegir Systems of Oxnard won a $490,746 contract from the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, Va., for an automatic target recognition system.
* Senior Flexonics Inc. of Burbank won a $485,850 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for air-conditioning and heating duct assemblies.
* Environmental Restoration Inc. of Cerritos won a $424,320 contract from the Naval Air Weapons Station at Point Mugu to upgrade berms and repair fuel tanks 63A-H.
* Mason Electric Co. of San Fernando won a $123,149 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., for aircraft controller grip assemblies and a $45,829 contract from the Naval Inventory Control Point in Philadelphia for aircraft components and accessories.
* Sierracin Sylmar Corp. of Sylmar won a $105,516 contract from the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois for armored windows.
* Brown & Weiner of Reseda won a $93,000 contract from the Postal Service in Denver for the lease or rental of facilities.
* Crow Creek Construction of Ventura won a $39,934 contract from Edwards Air Force Base in California for the installation of heating, air conditioning and ventilation.
* Kaiser Heating and Air Conditioning in Oxnard has been awarded a $14,461 contract from the county of Ventura to install a cooling system at the El Rio Flood Control office. The contract also calls for the installation of coils in the existing furnace system and ceiling insulation, and the replacement of a door. The project is expected to be completed by July 1.
