Key Sunset League Surfing Meet Set for Sunrise Tuesday

Huntington Beach and Edison surfing teams are set for a Sunset League meet Tuesday at Brookhurst Street in Huntington Beach.
The contest begins at 6:30 a.m.
Edison will be attempting to upset defending league champion Huntington Beach.
Dana Hills, Fountain Valley and Marina are the other teams that compete in the Sunset League.
A victory would send Edison into the All-Star Contest, the qualifying event for the Surfing Championships, on Wednesday. The championships are in February at Oceanside.
“They [the Oilers] always win year in and year out, but I think we’ll give them a run for their money,” Edison Coach Zoran Forgiarini said.
