Mortuary to Hold Memorial Service

An Oxnard mortuary will hold a holiday memorial service Tuesday to honor the dead.
James A. Reardon Mortuary, 511 North A St., is hosting the event at 7 p.m.
Relatives of those who have died can place photographs, poems or ornaments honoring their loved ones on the mortuary’s Tree of Remembrance.
The tree will be on display through Jan. 2).
This is the first time the mortuary has organized a memorial service during the holiday season.
“We thought it would be a nice way to give back to the community and those we have served over the years,” said Ray Arbuckle, mortuary manager.
