Deadly Customer
Felix Magana was very intoxicated when he fatally shot a Santa Paula restaurant owner, according to his lawyer (B1). While admitting Magana shot Isabel Guzman on Nov. 2, defense attorney Bill Rutan says it wasn’t a case of murder. . . . “The largest issue is motive, and there doesn’t seem to be any motive here.”
