Funeral Rites for Beauty Pageant Winner, 6, Held

ATLANTA — Funeral services were held Tuesday for a 6-year-old beauty pageant winner who was found strangled in her family’s Colorado home hours after her mother told police the girl had been kidnapped.
No arrests have been made in the death of JonBenet Ramsey, whose body was found Dec. 26 hidden in the basement of her family’s 15-room Tudor-style brick home in Boulder. The girl’s mother, Patricia, told police she had found a ransom note.
The girl, a former Little Miss Colorado, was born in Atlanta.
