Wine Exchange is hosting an informal tasting of new stars from California, Italy and Portugal on Saturday. Among the diverse lineup: 1994 Phoenix Winery’s “Vindicator,” a Cabernet-Merlot blend; Quinta do Crasto’s groundbreaking dry red from Portugal; and some soft, racy wines from Tuscany’s Colli Amerini Carbio and Fantasie del Cardeto.
