NEWPORT BEACH — InSight Health Services Corp. signed an agreement to acquire Maine-based Mobile Imaging Consortium and Mobile Imaging Consortium of New Hampshire. Terms were not disclosed.

InSight, which provides diagnostic imaging and other information, said the acquisitions are subject to regulatory approval.
