SANTA ANA — Alpha Microsystems has sold its AlphaHealthCare operation, a provider of dental practice management systems, to privately held Unident Practice Performance Systems of Lincoln, Neb., for $450,000.
Alpha Microsystems said the sale concludes its divestiture efforts, which will allow it to focus on its core computer network products.
Last month, Alpha Microsystems sold its Panda food-service software operations to Pacific Triangle Software Inc. for $1 million.
