CKE Restaurants Expects to Report Solid Gains for Fiscal Year

ANAHEIM — CKE Restaurants Inc. said Thursday that it expects to report solid gains in same-store sales and overall revenue for the fiscal year ended Jan. 27.
Same-store sales for the company’s Carl’s Jr. chain, a key indicator in the industry, rose an estimated 10.5% in the fourth quarter and 10.7% during the year, the company said. Revenue for the fiscal year will hit about $613 million, a 32% increase, the company estimated.
