* Hydro-Aire Crane Co. in Burbank won a $450,000 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah to supply aircraft components and accessories.
* Senior Flexonics Inc. of Burbank won a $374,514 contract from the Defense General Supply Center in Richmond, Va., to supply aircraft and airframe structural components.
* HR Textron Inc. of Valencia won a $243,841 contract from the Army in Fort Monmouth, N. J., for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* Ontic Engineering & Manufacturing Inc. of North Hollywood won a $150,450 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, to supply pumps and compressors.
* Hydromach Inc. of Canoga Park won a $131,182 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah to supply aircraft components and accessories.
* CNM Paving in Camarillo has been awarded a contract for $74,733 from Ventura County to construct a 33-space lighted parking lot at Moorpark Library. The project is scheduled to begin today and be completed by March 26.
* Raye Limited Inc. of Calabasas won a $72,095 contract from the Chicago Regional Printing Procurement Officer in Chicago for printing.
* Space-Lok Inc. of Burbank won a $69,750 contract from the Defense Industrial Supply Center in Philadelphia for turn-lock fastener studs.
