* The NFL Air-It-Out four-on-four flag football tournament will take place Saturday and Sunday at the Balboa Sports Center in Los Angeles.
The tournament, presented by Nike, is open to players of all ages and skill levels. Scaled-down fields and rules are used, with teams consisting of five players (four starters and one substitute). Teams are guaranteed three games, each lasting 30 minutes or until 28 points are scored.
Winners in the highest level, the “Top Gun” division, will advance to national competition.

* A girls’ lacrosse clinic led by Canadian national team Coach Michelle Boyer, her staff and players will take place Friday from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at UC Santa Barbara’s Harder Stadium.
Registration is $15 but Santa Barbara Lacrosse Assn. members receive free admission. Clinic participants will gain admission to a 7 p.m. game between the Canadians and Santa Barbara Select.
