Consistent postseason play--he was six-over in four events--helped Friars finish second in section and fifth at CIF-SCGA. Shot 71 to finish fourth at section individuals.

Santa Margarita, Sr.
Four-time first-team All-Sea View League pick and league champion as a sophomore, Craig shot 72 at CIF-SCGA to help the Eagles win the team title.
TOM OSSECK
Santa Margarita, Jr.
A transfer from Laguna Hills, Osseck quickly fit in on Santa Margarita’s extremely deep team. He shot a team-low 70 to lead the Eagles to the CIF-SCGA title.
JIN PARK
Sunny Hills, Sr.
The Empire League champion, Park had an outstanding postseason. In three events, he shot a cumulative two-under par. Tied for fifth at section individuals with a 71.
BRIAN SINAY
University, Fr.
Became the first freshman to win the Southern Section individual title since Ted Oh won in 1992, shooting three-under-par 69 at Canyon Country Club.
RON WON
University, Soph.
Finished regular season as the top player on the No. 1 team in the county. Won Pacific Coast League individual championship. Shot 71 to lead Trojans to fourth in section.
BOB MINIER

Coach of the Year
Minier--in his 31st year as coach--led the Diablos to their first South Coast League title since 1985. They advanced to the postseason for the first time this decade.
