IRVINE — Burlington Air Express, in a move to expand its European presence, said Wednesday it has acquired Cleton & Co., a Dutch firm with revenue of $30 million. Terms were not disclosed.
Cleton & Co. provides logistics, warehousing and distribution services.
Burlington Air is a subsidiary of Pittston Burlington, which provides logistics management and global freight services.
