The woman convicted of extorting $40 million from entertainer Bill Cosby will not submit to a blood test to determine if he is her father, cable news network MSNBC reported. Cosby’s lawyer said the entertainer gave blood for a test to determine if he is Autumn Jackson’s father. The lawyer, Jack Schmitt, challenged Jackson and her mother, Shawn Upshaw, to take similar tests. Jackson, 22, was convicted of threatening to go to a tabloid newspaper with her story unless Cosby paid her $40 million. The actor has admitted having an affair with Jackson’s mother and paid for Jackson’s education. She faces up to 12 years in prison when sentenced.
