Hansen’s Story Opens the Door

Mexico City was more than a treat after reading Barbara Hansen’s article “Cook’s Paradise” (Oct. 1). We dined at Cafe Pavillon at the Maria Isabel Sheraton, tasting Patricia Quintana’s sensational alta cocina and watching colorful ballet folklorico. The article circulated among the kitchen help, and we were served regally.
