Rodeo Collection Emerges From Chapter 11

The Rodeo Collection office and retail complex has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy court protection with a reorganization plan. Operators of the complex, located on Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive, filed for bankruptcy protection in February 1996 when it could not negotiate a mortgage note with its primary creditor, Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co. Under the reorganization plan approved by a federal bankruptcy court judge, Sumitomo will remain the primary secured lender.
