Ingram Micro Buys Distributor

SANTA ANA — Ingram Micro Inc. said it has completed its acquisition of Computacion Technica S.A., a Chilean-based computer products distributor, and three affiliates. Terms weren’t disclosed. Ingram is the world’s largest wholesale distributor of technology products and services.
