On her 16th birthday, a young woman finds she has the power of witchcraft in “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch,” now a segment on The Wonderful World of Disney (ABC, Sunday at 7 p.m.). This movie, originally seen on Showtime, was the pilot for the critically acclaimed Friday night series on ABC. For ages 8 to 17.

In the animated series Zorro (KCOP, Sunday at 11 a.m.), a bounty hunter with a metal mask and a prosthetic weapon is hired to destroy Zorro. The hero must use all of his skills to survive “this unstoppable fighting machine.” For ages 6 to 12.

With a 7-foot, orange-furred dancing bear as host, Disney Channel’s Bear in the Big Blue House makes it debut Monday (weekdays at 10 a.m. and weekends at 7 a.m.). He will have lots of puppet friends, including Pip and Pop, two otters; Ojo, a smaller bear; and Treelo the lemur. The bear loves to Cha-Cha-Cha, while the otters dance to rap. There’s lots of singing and storytelling. For ages 2 to 5.

Carmen and her crooks continue their tricks as the new season unfolds on Where In Time Is Carmen San Diego? (KCET, weekdays at 4:30 p.m.). In Monday’s episode, Carmen sends Jaqueline Hyde to the 14th century to steal goods; in Wednesday’s installment, she and an an evil cohort try to wipe out the early sounds of jazz and blues from the 18 century. For ages 6 to 12.

The Morris family gets lost on their way to Zoo Gardens Theme Park but finds some frightening things in “One Day at Horrorland,” a two-part Ultimate Goosebumps Halloween treat (Fox, Saturday and Nov. 1, both at 9 a.m.). The family’s terror-filled tour includes the “House of Mirrors” and a “Coffin Cruise.” For ages 6 to 17.

Cartoon Network pays tribute to Scooby-Doo, the ghost-busting Great Dane, with a 25-hour marathon of every episode of “Scooby-Doo, Where Are You?” (starting Saturday at 9 p.m.). This will be followed by a week of “The New Scooby-Doo Movies” (weekdays at 4 p.m.). The salute ends with the “13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo Marathon” (Saturday, Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m.). For the family.
