New UCI Facility to Hold Information Fair

The UCI Learning Center will offer an information session and tour of its new facility Sept. 20.
Instructors, program directors and certificate graduates will provide facts about 74 fall courses in humanities, business, education, English as a Second Language, health, social sciences, computers and other areas.
UC Irvine opened the local campus to serve central and northern Orange County cities, including Anaheim, Buena Park, Cypress, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Orange, Placentia and Westminster.
The goal is to educate adults looking for a career change or advancement or those who wish to reenter the job market.
The fair will be from 9 a.m. to noon at the Learning Center, 200 S. Manchester Ave. Reservations are suggested.
