Seniors can go back to school this fall without worrying about tuition.
The Buena Park Senior Center is offering a free, 12-week course exploring the history of Orange County and the Victorian era.
Students will learn about agriculture, inventions, clothing, crafts and the prevailing manners and etiquette of the time.
Speakers from Bowers Museum, the Discovery Museum and the Buena Park Historical Society will lead some of the classes.
The class also will include field trips to sites such as the Heritage House and the Fullerton Arboretum.
The course, which begins today and ends Dec. 3, will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesdays at the Senior Center in the Community Recreation Center at 8150 Knott Ave.
