We are fortunate to have the opportunity to support a candidate for the California Coastal Commission who fits the requirements like a glove.
Brian Brennan combines the talents of a hard-headed businessman and a quiet and thoughtful leader with a love of the sea. He has a history of activities related to the coast dating from his college days to his current Ventura City Council position and membership in BEACON, an agency monitoring the severe beach erosion and pollution issues in Ventura and Santa Barbara counties.
Brian Brennan is the only candidate recommended by both counties and has the youthful energy to balance the environmental and business perspectives.
