Man, 19, Killed in La Habra Shooting

A La Habra man was shot and killed early Sunday, a crime police say may be gang-related.
Police say Jesus Alfonso Ruelas, 19, died from a gunshot wound to the torso in the 1000 block of East Francis Avenue just after midnight.
No arrests have been made and police are investigating the shooting.
