* ITT Industries Inc. of Van Nuys won a $9.6-million contract from Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts for aircraft launching, landing and ground handling equipment.
* Metric Construction Co. of Thousand Oaks won a $3.4-million contract from the Navy in San Diego for soil stabilization projects.
* Litton Systems Inc. of Woodland Hills won a $1.8-million contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* Widegap Technology LLC in Westlake Village won an $867,834 contract from the Office of Naval Research in Arlington, Va., for highly linear, high power amplifiers with 6-18 GHZ bandwidth.
* Synergetics in Glendale won an $821,208 contract from Robins Air Force Base in Georgia for construction and building materials.
* Litton Systems Inc. of Agoura Hills won a $687,061 contract from Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts for communication, detection and coherent radiation equipment.
* COHR Masterplan in Chatsworth won a $218,700 contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs in Augusta, Ga., for preventive maintenance on MRI systems.
* Ripa Engineering Co. in Chatsworth won a $214,111 contract from Hill Air Force Base in Utah for aircraft components and accessories.
* Skurka Engineering Co. in Camarillo won a $117,855 contract from the Army Aviation and Missile Command in Redstone Arsenal in Alabama for aircraft components and accessories.
* Precision Specialties Inc. of Northridge won a $51,990 contract from the Defense Supply Center in Columbus, Ohio, for electrical and electronic equipment components.
