Catalina Marketing Buys O.C.’s Market Logic

Catalina Marketing Corp. said Monday that it has acquired Market Logic, a 28-employee marketing agency in Costa Mesa. Terms were not disclosed. Catalina, based in St. Petersburg, Fla., provides electronic marketing programs to consumer-goods companies.
