A free parenting workshop, Homework Without Hassles, is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday at at the Mission Viejo Library. Sponsored by the Children and Families of Orange County, the class will help parents learn how to motivate their children to read as well as provide planning and time management skills and ideas on how to make homework fun. No registration is necessary. The workshop will be held in the Sherri M. Butterfield Community Room, 25209 Marguerite Parkway. Information: (949) 830-7100.
