The Laguna Niguel provider of inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services posted third-quarter net income of $166,005, or 3 cents a share, down 35% from $253,896, or 4 cents a share, for the 1997 third quarter. Revenue declined 10% to $2.8 million from $3.1 million. The company said it operated 10 programs during the quarter compared with 13 a year earlier.
