The Planning Commission will meet tonight to consider a permit to allow a henna body art shop in the 400 block of Broadway. The shop would specialize in temporary henna tattoos but would also have clothing and accessories. The commission meets at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, 505 Forest Ave. Information: (949) 497-0329.
