* Re “Nazi Gang Called Key Player in Drug Trade,” Aug. 20: The Nazi Low Riders, a vicious white supremacist group, originated in California’s prison system. It is important to note that they existed for more than 10 years in corrections facilities before taking their crusade to the streets of Costa Mesa and all of California. It would be a mistake to hold the city of Costa Mesa responsible for the birth of this white power menace.
