The City Council and the Chamber of Commerce will host a welcoming reception today at 5:30 p.m. for the 32 new businesses that have moved into city since September. The reception is a chance for the business community to meet and mingle with city officials and ask questions, said Brenda Harris, president of the Chamber. The reception is in the lobby of City Hall, 7800 Katella Ave.
