Austin Film Festival Accepting Entries

Entries will be accepted through May 15 for the Austin Film Festival’s 1999 screenplay competition and through Aug. 7 for the festival’s completed film competition.
The Texas festival will accept screenplay entries in the categories of adult/mature, children/family and comedy; winners will receive between $1,000 and $4,000 in cash, plus air fare, lodging and admission to the Oct. 7-14 festival.
Finished film categories are feature, short and student short; prize money ranges from $500 to $750 plus air fare, accommodations and festival admission.
