EDS Names CFO: Electronic Data Systems Corp., the second-biggest U.S. computer services company, named as its chief financial officer James Daley, former chief operating officer and co-chairman of Price Waterhouse (now known as PricewaterhouseCoopers). Daley, 57, fills a position that has been vacant for nearly a year. Jody Grant resigned as CFO last March after nearly eight years with the company.
