Crescenta Valley 59, Pasadena 50--Sinnamonn Garrett scored 21 points, Kelly Paige added 17 and the No. 2-ranked Falcons won their 36th consecutive Pacific League game at Pasadena.
Garrett and Kristie Umemoto hit consecutive three-pointers to help Crescenta Valley (17-3, 4-0) build an 18-point lead early in the third quarter.
Muir 65, Glendale 52--Mania Houspian had 19 points and 10 rebounds for the Dynamiters (13-6, 2-2) in a Pacific League loss at Muir.
Tomica Coleman of Muir scored 19 points, including three consecutive three-pointers in the third quarter.
Valencia 40, Saugus 32--Emilie Dearborn scored five of her nine points in the fourth quarter to help the Vikings (10-9, 2-2) pull away for a Foothill League victory at Valencia.
Lexi Phelps, the leading scorer for Saugus (8-9, 2-2), left the game in the second quarter because of an ankle injury. She finished with three points.
Hart 49, Burbank 26--Tiana Jameson scored 12 points and the Indians (10-7, 4-0) won their 42nd consecutive Foothill League game at Hart.
Briana Kentfield added 11 points for Hart, which has won 66 of its last 67 Foothill games.
Canyon 83, Burroughs 43--LaTricia Fleming had 25 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Cowboys (11-7, 2-2) to a Foothill League victory at Canyon.
Santa Clara 60, Calabasas 40--The Saints’ full-court press triggered a 19-2 run in the second quarter of a Frontier League victory at Santa Clara.
Ashley Biggins scored 31 points for Santa Clara (5-9, 2-1), which forced 17 turnovers.
Sarah Postler scored 15 points for Calabasas (8-8, 1-3).
Channel Islands 55, Rio Mesa 42--Jaline Bradley had 25 points and six steals for the No. 5-ranked Raiders (15-5, 2-0) in a Pacific View League victory at Rio Mesa (4-11, 1-2).
Chenne Tuimoloau contributed 17 points, six assists and five rebounds for Channel Islands.
Ventura 61, Camarillo 47--Julie Essary and reserve Renee Jimenez each scored 13 points for the No. 7-ranked Cougars (12-8) in a nonleague victory at Camarillo.
Alex Gientke added 12 points for Ventura.
Tanya Wismann and Gillian Lillich each scored 11 points for Camarillo.
