Embassies Closed

The State Department is reported to have been so concerned about individuals conducting surveillance at the sites of several U.S. embassies in Africa that those embassies were closed down for several days (June 25). These individuals were observed taking pictures, making notes and behaving in a suspicious manner.
The State Department need not worry. They were only CIA agents trying to get the addresses right.
