Carla Rivera and The Times are to be commended for the civic spirit that produced “Skid Row’s Frustrated Families” (April 28). The article proved what diligent legwork must be done to research the pertinent persons and agencies responsible for adequate code enforcement. I pray yours will not be a thankless effort to inform but may improve the lot of struggling families.
