Albertson’s is set to expand its distribution center on Lambert and Puente Street, but the Brea Planning Commission wants the company to spruce up its landscaping first.

Albertson’s wants to expand its 1,037,562-square-foot warehouse by 100,000 square feet, adding more cold storage. Commission members approved the plan with the provision that the industry giant plant foliage along the building to make it blend in better with neighboring industrial offices.
