The Housing and Human Affairs Committee on Thursday will review a draft of an informational guide to youth services. The committee will also discuss what locations are viable options for a new community senior center. Also on the agenda is an update of the day laborers’ site on Laguna Canyon Road. The committee meets at 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, 505 Forest Ave.
